What is your return/exchange policy?
We offer easy 7-day returns or exchanges on most products, provided the item is:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With tags intact
For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be returnable — details will be listed on the product page.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery across most locations in India.
You’ll see the COD option at checkout if your pincode is eligible.

When will I get my order?
We usually dispatch orders within 24–48 hours.
Delivery time is typically:- 3–7 business days for most metro and urban locations
- 5–9 business days for remote or rural areas
You will receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.

How do I choose the right size?
Each product has a detailed size chart based on actual garment measurements.
Still unsure? Our recommendation is to measure a favorite T-shirt or hoodie at home and compare it to our chart for the best fit.

Will the prints fade after washing?
No — our prints are designed to be vibrant and long-lasting.
For best results, follow the care instructions:- Cold wash
- Inside out
- Do not iron directly on print
- Avoid harsh detergents

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we'll send the tracking details to your registered email address and mobile number. You can use the tracking link provided to follow your package's journey and stay updated on its delivery status.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes — you may modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been packed or shipped.
