1. Order Processing

All orders are made on demand.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days

  • Orders usually move into production within a few hours of being placed

Once an order enters production, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

During peak seasons (sales, holidays), processing times may extend slightly.


2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

We ship across India using trusted courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–10 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–12 business days (serviceability may vary)

Once shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking link

  • Order details

  • Courier partner information


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout

  • We may offer free shipping on select orders or promotions


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we'll send the tracking details to your registered email address and mobile number. You can use the tracking link provided to follow your package's journey and stay updated on its delivery status.

5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order.

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer being unavailable/unreachable

  • Refusal to accept the order

The shipment may be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).

Important

  • Orders marked as RTO are not eligible for refunds

  • If you would like the order re-shipped, additional shipping charges will apply


6. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier partner delays

  • Festivals or public holidays

  • High order volumes

We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed in case of significant delays.


7. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order is lost in transit:

  • We will investigate with the courier partner

  • Once confirmed, a replacement or refund will be issued


8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within a short window after placing the order

  • Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled
