Return & Refund Policy

Overview

At Jazbati Selah, each product is made-to-order. Because of this, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy aligned with our production process.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Conditions

  • You must raise a request within 7 days of delivery

  • You must provide:

    • Clear photos of the product

    • Unboxing video (mandatory)

    • Images showing the issue clearly

Resolution

Once verified, we will:

  • Send a free replacement, OR

  • Issue a full refund/store credit (case dependent)

Returns & Exchanges (Size / Preference)

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected

  • Change of mind

  • Preference (color/design)

  • Minor variations

Why?

All products are made-to-order, so we do not hold inventory for exchanges.

Size Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.

We strongly recommend:

  • Checking the Size Guide before ordering

  • Reviewing fit details (Oversized / Regular / Women’s Fit)

We are not liable for size-related issues.

Return to Origin (RTO) Orders

If an order is:

  • Not accepted at delivery

  • Customer is unreachable

  • Incorrect address provided

It will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

Policy

  • We do not issue refunds for RTO orders

  • If you want the order re-shipped:

    • You must pay re-shipping charges

Lost in Transit

If your order is lost during shipping:

  • We will provide a replacement or refund after confirmation from the courier partner.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within a short window after placing the order

  • Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled

Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunded to the original payment method

Important Notes

  • We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible.
    However, slight variations in color and print may occur due to differences in screen displays, lighting, and the printing process.
    Each piece is carefully produced to closely match what you see online while maintaining high quality standards.

  • Measurement variations of Âą0.5–1 inch are normal.

  • Claims without proper proof (especially unboxing video) may not be accepted.
